At McKinsey, I served as principal designer in the Consumer Practice, leading design for an ML-assisted pricing platform and finance reporting tools with our data science and engineering teams in New York.

The work centered on prototypes that made model behavior understandable and reviewable: clear decision rules, instrumentation, and guardrails translated into controls a production system could support.

The resulting designs informed multiple client implementations and shortened the path from concept to shipped workflow, contributing to a 1.5–4 percentage point lift in return on sales across a ~$175B retail portfolio. ♦
